Shipping Policy for Feel the Anime Store

At Feel the Anime Store, we want to make sure your anime dreams arrive swiftly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing
   We hustle as fast as we can—most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, in the case of custom-made items (think handmade, artisanal anime joy), please allow a bit more time as some custom products may take longer to ship. But rest assured, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order takes off on its journey!

2. Delivery Timeline
   After shipping, orders generally take 10-35 business days to reach their new home, though timelines may vary depending on your location. International orders may experience slight delays, but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? If there are any delays on our shipping partners’ end, we apologize, but please note these are outside our control.

3. Signature Requirements
   For orders over $100.00, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your precious cargo lands safely. If the courier attempts delivery while you’re out fighting titans or on a dragon ride, they’ll leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Keep in mind, Feel the Anime Store cannot reschedule delivery attempts—we're still working on that mind-control teleportation tech.
